Terms of Service

Welcome to Takooni.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "you," or "your") and Takooni ("Takooni," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Takooni platform, website, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering for, connecting data sources to, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. About Takooni

Takooni is an AI-powered SEO intelligence and content optimization platform designed to help website owners, publishers, agencies, and businesses improve their organic search performance.

The Services may include:

  • Search performance analysis
  • Content performance diagnostics
  • AI-generated recommendations
  • Semantic SEO analysis
  • Content gap identification
  • Topic authority planning
  • AI-assisted content creation
  • Internal linking recommendations
  • SEO reporting and forecasting
  • Other related features made available by Takooni from time to time

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to connect any website, domain, Google account, or third-party service to Takooni
  • Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Integration with Google Services

The Services may integrate with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google APIs, and other third-party analytics and marketing platforms. By connecting such services, you authorize Takooni to access, retrieve, process, and analyze the data necessary to provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have lawful access to the connected properties, have the authority to grant Takooni access to such data, and that your use of these integrations complies with Google's terms and applicable laws. Takooni does not claim ownership of your Google data.

5. Data Processing and AI Analysis

Takooni uses proprietary algorithms, machine learning systems, and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze data obtained through connected sources. The Services may identify underperforming content, detect SEO opportunities, analyze user engagement metrics, evaluate content coverage and topical authority, generate optimization recommendations, and recommend content improvements based on available data.

All recommendations are informational in nature and should be independently reviewed before implementation.

6. AI-Generated Content

Takooni may generate content, content briefs, outlines, keyword clusters, topical maps, semantic entities, metadata, and other materials using artificial intelligence technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified human before publication
  • Takooni does not guarantee originality, accuracy, factual correctness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, publishing, and using any generated content

Takooni does not guarantee search rankings, traffic growth, conversions, revenue increases, or other business outcomes resulting from generated content.

7. User Content and Data Ownership

7.1 Ownership of User Data. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your websites, Search Console data, Analytics data, uploaded files, business information, and user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to Takooni.

7.2 License to Takooni. You grant Takooni a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, analyze, store, and use your data solely for providing the Services, improving platform functionality, generating reports and recommendations, and maintaining security and system integrity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all software, source code, AI systems, algorithms, methodologies, trademarks, branding, designs, reports, and underlying technology, are owned by Takooni or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, infringe the rights of others, upload malicious code or harmful software, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, interfere with platform operations, circumvent security mechanisms, or use the Services to generate spam, deceptive content, or content intended to manipulate search engines in violation of search engine guidelines.

Takooni reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

10. Subscription Plans and Payments

Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that fees will be charged according to the selected plan, subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled, you are responsible for applicable taxes and governmental charges, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

11. Service Availability

Takooni strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, will be uninterrupted or error-free, that third-party APIs will remain available, or that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Beta Features and Experimental AI Functions

From time to time, Takooni may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. Such features are provided "as is" and may be incomplete, change without notice, produce unexpected results, or be discontinued at any time. Takooni assumes no liability for the use of beta features.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TAKOONI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAKOONI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF TRAFFIC, LOSS OF SEARCH RANKINGS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TAKOONI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TAKOONI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Takooni, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

Takooni may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, your activities create legal, security, or operational risks, or we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and following account closure procedures.

18. Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, remove, or enhance the Services at any time without liability. Features, functionality, integrations, and pricing may change periodically.

19. Changes to These Terms

Takooni may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we may provide notice through the website, application, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
