We collect personal data that you voluntarily give us when you contact us with inquiries (including by filling out relevant forms on our websites), contact and engage with our customer success chat feature on the website regarding general FAQ and/or problem you are experiencing with the Services, and respond to one of our surveys.

We collect details of transactions you carry out using the Services including information you provide to enable us to fulfill your orders, which may include financial information such as your Credit Card and/or Debit Card Number. As a paying user of the Services, we will receive your payment transaction details (for example, your name, the amount paid, the date of payment, and transaction id)
- Payment Information. We collect billing and other payment information (for example, if you sign up for a trial, a paid service, or purchase a Third-Party Service), including payment method details, sucha as Credit Card and/or Debit Card Number.

With your consent, we may post your testimonial, along with your name, on the Services. - Service Providers. We may engage other companies and people to perform task on our behalf — meaning they are helping us provide our Services. In particular, we use third party providers of payment processing, fraud prevention, and risk assessment, hosting and other information technology services, email communication and customer support services, analytics and data providers, marketing, advertising and investor relations. Following our instructions, these parties may process your personal data in the course of providing the relevant services to us.
- Affiliate. When you request services from us or inquire about the Services, we may share your personal data such as name, last name and email address with our authorized reseller distributors, affiliates and other third parties as necessary to respond to your request for our Services in an efficie4nt manner and facilitate the sale of our Services and for those third parties’ own marketing services. 6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, complying with our legal obligations or for other legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining business and financial recoirds, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements. After the applicable retention period has elapsed, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

Takooni Global Integra is established and operates in the Republic of Indonesia. In the course of providing our products and services, managing our business operations, fulfilling contractual obligations, complying with legal requirements, and supporting administrative, technical, and security functions, we may transfer, store, access, or process your Personal Data within Indonesia and, where necessary, in other countries.
If you access our website, applications, products, or services from outside Indonesia, please be aware that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions other than your country of residence.
